As you can see, that's a make shift tent. Ibadan has the usual airport buildings but they are renovating it at the moment and that's why they put out those marquees you are seeing in the picture

And ppl of dat region wud be the first to tell u go and develop ur place. I served in s/west so I know wat I am talking abt. Truth be told, s/east is far more developed than any state in s/west except lagos, in both rural and urban development. This is just the fact. The things east lacks are federal structures, and foreign investments, hence we go out to look for them. If Fed govt shud redress ds lacuna, east gonna be the japan of ds country.
