The investigation into last night's horrific attack in London is progressing as the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) have this morning arrested 12 people in Barking, east London, in connection with last night's incidents in London Bridge and the Borough Market area.

No bomb explosion in Oshodi- Lagos police command says

The Lagos state police command has advised residents of the state to disregard rumors being peddled by some persons that there was a bomb blast at the Mafoluku- Oshodi area of the state on Saturday. A statement released by the commands spokesperson, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, says  a video being circulated purportedly from the bomb blast scene in Oshodi, is actually from the Banex bomb blast in Abuja in 2014. Malaysian Govt to offer up to $1k for the Best ‘Gay Prevention’ video

The Malaysian Government through the Health Ministry have launched a competition, urging young people to make videos about 'preventing' homosexuality.

The government is willing to pay up to $1,000 in compensation for best video and the context is open to 13 - 14 years old who would love to make videos on 'gender confusion' in reference to Gay, Lesbian, and Transgender people,  the BBC reported.

Police in Oyo state arrests 20 year old boy who kidnapped his father and collected N1m ransom

The Oyo state police command have arrested 20 year old Ibrahim Aliyu Babatunde, for conniving with three of his friends to kidnap his father and then collected N1 million as ransom for his release.

Aliyu and three others namely Babuga Salihu (20), Aura Sands (20), and Amuda Yusufu (19), kidnapped his father, Aliyu Babatunde, at his Igboora home town on My 17th They held him for 3 days before releasing him after his family had paid N1 million ransom.

5 terrorists armed with knives kill six and hurt 20 others with a van then went on a stabbing frenzy at nearby bars in London

Five jihadi terrorists shouting 'this is for Allah' have reportedly killed six people and left about 20 people injured in a horrific rampage around two locations in central London. The men, described as being 'of Mediterranean origin', mowed down up to 20 people with a white van on London Bridge at 50mph on Saturday night. One of the casualties is reportedly a police officer. At least 20 people have been taken to six hospitals across London.
