We only hear of the recovered stolen items and funds but never hear of what they(EFCC) do with them. No one knows where the money or items go after they've been recovered. Open your eyes Nigeria

Its so unfortunate when I come to this blog that has such a massive following and doing so much can't take a matter of minutes to fact check, spell check or even proof read. And all the copying and pasting is pathetic, sources should be credited.

Haba are you saying having jewelry is an offence in Nigeria, EFCC you are not being fair, keeping Gold n Diamond is part of Hausa culture.

Efcc has descended to lawlessness in this stupid name and shame game in their fake anti-corruption. Since when have jewellery, watches and savings been a crime? Is Sarki Mukhtar a thief? Even if he is a thief, is his brother in law now a thief?

You people saying it's normal to keep gold. Did you see the weight of gold? What does he do to afford such? Or you think it's your 5k gold. These run into millions for one. This is how you aid thieves by giving excuses like hausa keep gold. So they should steal your entitlements so they keep the tradition up. I hail una.

Hmmm, this is rubbish. Haba!! Can't someone have jewelry again??? Only in Nigeria this stupidity happens.

Apart from the jewelry, also found were over fifty (50) Certificates of Occupancy to numerous properties in various parts of the country. All owned by an individual/family. What is the source of Bubas Danagundi's stupendous loot besides graft? Or did his wife, Binta Muktar invent a technoloy/venture that they both nursed from inception to maturity, like, Gates/the young Facebook founder? Why the emphasis on such conspicuous consumption by these enemies of the Nigerian state? Can't these thieves see the endemic dismay on peoples faces, especially young people due to mortgaged futures by their own stewards? Who is going to come in and fix the rot for Naijas? Or is it foreigners they expect to clean house for them? Hardly. Who knows how many more of these white-collar thieves, also known as, terrorists/murderers/enemies of the people are lurking in almost every sector? The enormity of each discovered loot leaves one tongue-tied and seems to be higher and higher after such investigations. Were these legislooters in some sort of Olympic style competition for the fattest/unfathomable loot of the public's treasury? Nah question-o, QED@atm
