In developed countries, police will block off one lane ans assist in the repair, but lagos lastma will never offer assistance, and once u finish, they tow u away. There jas to be a balance.
i also saw this trailer heading towards Apapa this morning..i had to stay behind because we were going down a slope..teh funny thing is this guy drove past the police barracks..they stood dere doing nothing..and this trailer was marking the entire road..nobody could stop him...but if it were a normal car thats when youll see the FRSC, POLICE, LASTMA all forming activity...stupid people..
