I like the word 'choice'....they chose it! Many graduates earn less than that and dont get any form of allowances! I hope we remember that there is something called salary scales based on ur level in civil service! A consultant surgeon in nigeria feels he should earn a greater basic salary than a public health consultant because he feels his work is more stressful. Truth is,both are consultants,both doctors , just doing their different jobs(specialties).. We can fight for a general raise..there is indeed a salary scale.. Every single man who works for money deserves it and is important in his own way! The doctor is not more important than the cleaner of streets- both important! Truth is, the salary thing is a general problem if u r a civil servant!
