President Jonathan who is currently in Katsina State on a
2-day working visit, went to pay a courtesy visit
on Hajia Aya Dada, the mother of his late boss,
President Umaru Yar'Adua. He showed her great respect by kneeling before
her to greet her.
The mother was not suppose to allow a federal president kneel infront of her. I only hope the president could kneel in church during worship. The president is not only representing himself, but Nigeria as a whole, the mother of the former president is not different from an ordinary Nigerian citizen.A president should kneel like that only infront of God.
