Photos: Father announces the death of his 4-year-old daughter who succumbed to leukemia

Four-year-old Princess Josephine Macharia succumbed to leukemia while undergoing treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital. Her father Julius Macharia announced the sad news on his Facebook page. "R.I.P my princess I love bt God love u more Darling bye bye" he wrote.

Princess started ailing in March 2014 and was diagnosed with Leukemia in September the same year. She started chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions. Mr Macharia battled to save his only daughter's life.

A young girl named Ifeoma Nichodemus angrily left her parents home in the Hausa community in Zaria, Kaduna in May 2014 after an altercation with her mum. She reportedly went to a neighbours house to calm down or so her parents thought...21 months later, the parents are yet to see her. Sokoto state commissioner who died yesterday at age 42 has been buried

Sokoto State Commissioner for Science & Technology, Nasir Zarummai who passed away yesterday Friday March 4th, has been buried. Zarummai died at Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital after a brief illness. He was just 2 years old. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.

And she came up with a unique way to celebrate his life through her maternity shoot with their four year old son, Landen. Nicole said the photos will help her grieve and also serve as a reminder to their children of the father they lost. "I wanted to do something special because he's been there for our son since day one," Nicole told ABC News.
