"I have a feeling that he (Muhammadu Buhari) will speak to you tomorrow on who his running mate will be. The party has consulted with the candidate and we have reached some agreement and he will address you tomorrow,” Chief Oyegun told newsmen today.According to INEC election guidelines, the APC has till Thursday December 18th to announce its Presidential and vice presidential candidates.
