It's not good when a makeup artist applies so much makeup the client's unrecognizable. She changed the woman's complexion to be much lighter than her actual and doesn't properly blend the area of scars around her neck. A truly skilled artist will use the makeup to enhance instead of changing the person from Kelly Rowland to Beyonce.
