On another note, it is dangerous to keep babies so little on a stroller, a baby buggy or travel system is a lot better and more suited to their size.
The strollers used would have worked if their backs could rest so the children could lie down (note that their backs are not strong yet). Also the babies were not strapped in, they could fall forward as little babies do. Please lets protect our kids from preventable and unnecessary injuries.
This type of stroller used is usually for when they can sit unaided and/or hold their heads up usually around age one.
