Visit a dentist.
He or She will advise u on hw best to care for ur teeth and prescribe suitable analgesic strong enough for the kind of pain u r feeling.
U may also need an antiinflammatory agent for ur gum that's paining u.
And there might be an infection too,thus an antibiotic may also help u.
Go to a teaching hospital.

That's really nice story. Even I had my daughter orthodontic done in India from one of the leading dental clinic over there. The results are pleasing and satisfactory.
