I don't know the details but it seems unlikely that such a thing is part of the Presidential security protocol for the following reasons:
1. This is not the first time PGEJ has come to Lagos but this is the first time we are hearing of such an incident.
2. Such an incident has never been heard of in other States that he has visited in the past or present.
3. Why should it just be EKO Hotel and not everywhere in Lagos that he passes by?
4. Why should PGEJ be blamed for every incident that happens around the same time he is in Lagos and only Lagos?
