Konto karfi federal prison very close to nysc corpers lodge and its local govt...Did my youth service there, so unfortunate that it federal prison is not even fenced, when you walk around you can easily see the prisoners in their cell, no electricity all through my one year stay in konto-karfi, a local govt which cannot boast of electricity, no banks, we had to travel 100miles to lokoja all because you wanna withdraw money from the bank, no water, nothing! nothing!. The said prison is not even well secured. No doubt jail break will be so much easy their and this is not the first time they will experience jail break in that said prison. Konto karfi is one of the worst local govt i have ever seen.
