Alternative Soul Star Bez Idakula recently returned from a 7day Rwandan tour that saw him
perform in arenas across the scenic African country.
As part of his tour, Bez and his band performed at
the ‘Kigali Up’ Festival where they
were guests of Rwandair. They also performed at ‘Get in The Ring Africa’ and ‘The
Concert for Peace’ at Rugunbara. Bez was also the special surprise
performer at a wedding reception on the beautiful Lake Kivu in Gisenyi, Rwanda. See the pics after the cut..
The ‘Stay’ crooner was also hosted at the Nigerian High
Commission in Kigali where he met with the Nigerian Ambassador Peter Ogidi-Oke.
The tour also included visits to the Genocide Memorial and to top radio and TV
stations in Rwanda.
Bez who is an MTV Iggy Hall of Famer is hard at work
on his sophomore album which is set for release in 2015. His first album ‘Super Sun’ was rated one of the ‘Top
albums of 2011’ by the Boston Globe.
