That is precisely what it is.

The monkeys on this blog who have never worked nor employed anyone will not understand the concept of motivation by a superior or leader.

I don't know what is happening, but I know some certain evil spirits left Nigeria. Things are changing fast. Nigeria is recovery, there are a new sense of belonging hovering around. Change has come. Wake up Nigerians, don't be biased. You don't need too much smartness to know the truth, only look at things the way they are

They should go this jog in Maiduguri so as to reassure the people of the North East. Of what use is a show of strength in Abuja?

Are u pondering what I'm pondering?, a new wind has blown, this is change playing out, a deep sense of leadership from d apex trickles down to d base of d pyramid but when d head is cut off or corrupt, d body falls to ruin. Even without mention, things start to improve, just look at d improvement in electricity. A real morale booster. Buhari thank u

Moral high!!!

Only those with a pack load of sadness will not see the positive change of transformation in Nigeria. We need to encourage this Chief of Army Staff, because he is showing leadership by example.

This is what we want to see, active and fit service chiefs like in the USA, not fat pot bellied ones. A service chief should be as prepared and ready for combat as anyone of his surbodinates
