last 3 years according to new research. They are the biggest spenders

16 billion dollars was spent on electricity and power generation was not improved at all. still hovering around the 4000mw (the amount of power used by heathrow airport in london) where it was b4 the investment. the money was used along side subsidy scam and corruption to settle political financiers.they have to use it to buy properties. note that 16 billion dollars can buy more than 4000 units of those houses assuming average of 2million dollars each. That tells u gravity of industrial corruption we have and has been well encouraged.
