The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal has adjourned indefinitely the 13 count charges of false asset declaration preferred against Senate President Bukola Saraki before the Code of Conduct Tribunal. More details later...
Na wa o! This is not what I voted for o! So many people getting off the hook. Some people need to serve jail-time, even if it is for 6 months, to teach others a lesson. How can people be getting off the hook so easily. Well, in the case of Saraki, he has a lot of work to do, and this few weeks of embarrassment has humbled him a bit, but others need to be punished for their bad deeds.
I can see Saraki has settled with his godfathers because I ain't hearing more of tribunal this & tribunal that. The most annoying thing is that this people always know how to play with our intelligence.
Buhari is a political error...cos saraki showed his allegiance on smooth ministerial screenings, he is patting his back by sweeping CCT case under the carpet...Buhari will keep compensating bag carriers with everything Nigeria has....!

Why do we behave like illiterates? Read the news properly. It means saraki’s appeal to the high court to stop CCT from continuing has been indirectly blocked. His appeal cannot he heard for now and he must go to CCT this week to answer the charges. SAI BABA!!!!!

Linda this is misleading, the appeal court didn't adjourn indefinitely judgement on his alleged false asset declaration, the appellate court adjourned his suit challenging the jurisdiction of the code of conduct bureau to try him on the subject. This means the Code of conduct Bureau can still try him at least pending the appellate court judgementjudgement. Congrats on your new house though.

The COA adjournment has partially confer jurisdiction on d CCT since his application for stay of proceedings was long dismissed. God Bless Nigeria

Sariki wanted appeal court to pronounce that cct lacks juridiscation to prosecute him.but appeal court was suppose to give judgement today, but rather suspended it indefinitely, therefore Sariki will appear before cct to answer questions and defend himself...its a plus to our democracy people!!!
