Spectranet rebrands, now allows data rollover on its network

Spectranet, Lagos-based internet service provider (ISP), has announced users on its platform can now rollover unused data from month to month. The company unveiled this offering while announcing a new brand logo for its services. Spectranet also announced its subscribers will get a minimum of 5GB free data for every new modem purchased on the network.

Spectranet says the new add on its network is to mark the launch of the network’s new logo.

“Our new logo is a hallmark of the new spirit, new soul and the new essence of Spectranet”. Chief executive officer, David Venn, said.
Mr. David Venn said the new Spectranet logo conveys a vibrant, warm, bright, yet humble, strong and friendly outlook adding that it represents the relationships, knowledge, technology and most importantly, humility to connect every one of our customers to their world.
He said the navy bluefont conveys the attribute associated with the intrinsic value of the new essence of Spectranet – i.e, strong, uncomplicated, clean, modern, sincere, friendly, down to earth and made unique enough to stand on its own and be recognisable.
While the icon suggests dynamic movement and represents a number of different things – relationship, connectivity, family, bridge, speed, go live, etc. All the elements work together to create a fresh outlook and together represents our connection to the future, he said.
Speaking on the incentives that new logo brings to consumers, Mike Ogor, Head of Marketing, Spectranet Limited said that the brand is connecting businesses, families and friends together with affordable data plan matched with speed and reliable internet service
He said, “we are providing the best offer in the market: Buy one CPE (indoor) Modem at N12,000 and get 5 GB Free; buy one CPE (indoor) Modem at N16,000 & get 30 GB Free; or Buy one portable MIFI at N16,000 and get 20 GB free.
Spectranet recently entered into a partnership with iROKOtv that allows its subscribers access 30 days of free video streaming on the Lagos-based SVOD network, via a voucher code.
