So I got these exclusive photos from the drama that ensued last Friday night at Eko Hotel at the May Day event. These Chinese women came to Eko Hotel thinking they were coming to watch Lauryn Hill (they shouda read LIB before stepping out of their house na...lol) . Anyway, when they found out Lauryn Hill was a no-show, they asked for a refund and attempted to cause a scene with the show promoters who quickly gave them back their money. Were you there at the event? and if so, what time did you arrived? We were there at 6.30pm, and we talked to the people who seemed to be organizers because they have ID's of MAYDAY. And we were told, to just come back for the show. At around 9pm, there was nothing happening, so we asked what's the delay. We were told no Lauryn Hill. So, the next best thing is to look for the organizers, and just ask what's next. But nobody seemed to own up to the persona that is the organizers. In short, we were given the run around. You have pictures of promoters giving back a refund but that was after a long time looking for who is in charge. What's stopping the promoters to announce that Lauryn Hill was not coming and ticket holders have the options to wait for Lauryn Hill to show up or for refund. What is not funny is for all ticket holders who thought Lauryn Hill will be performing and be given the run around or worse, no news at all. Your post seemed to be saying that we just cause a scene just because we wanted to. I assure you, if you're a normal person, you would chase after people who try to something not so good on your hard earned money. oh and by the way, I am not of Chinese nationality.
