A picture of controversial Pastor T.B. Joshua carrying three bags of rice went viral this week within Nigerian social media and blogs. While most commended Joshua for his humility and humanity, there were suggestions that the picture was ‘photo-shopped’. Others insinuated the image was nothing but a tasteless publicity stunt in the light of the recent tragedy that befell The SCOAN where over 100 died in a building collapse.
As a viewer of Emmanuel TV, I have actually seen the video clip of this particular humanitarian mission previously and managed to find the footage on YouTube. For clarification, this did not take place
after the tragedy last month, putting to rest the allegation that this was an ill-timed publicity feat. So, for all the doubters and
skeptics, here is video evidence of Pastor T.B. Joshua carrying three bags of rice in one of his numerous philanthropic visits to less-privileged areas.

It is a cheap publicity stunt whether it was before or after the tragic incidence at SCOAN, like someone pointed out on one of the blogs that published the story, there should have being other means to transport those bags of rice; example wheelbarrows but he decided to carry it on his head endangering his life and health!
You'd think for the owner of SCOAN or for a church like SCOAN a wheelbarrow wouldn't be hard to get! But here is their head pastor carrying almost 150kg of rice on his head and tomorrow he would be the one people would turn to for advice on common sense?!

The collapse of the building, it could have happened to any building, people should know that when someone is exceedenly blessed the devil will try so hard to tempt that person to lead him astray, this is ref to what happened to Job in the Bible, I'm sure if social media was around during Job's time people will say "its because Job's money and wealth came from the devil that's why God is exposing him now", its a pity it happened to the synagogue, but God is the Alpha and Omega, He will protect us !

I watch emmanuel tv a lot, no be today prophet Joshua dey carry bag of rice for head, even cement he has carried! So people shouldn't run their mouth on issues they don't know a hay about! I have watched the video on EmmanuelTV; this video is like 5yrs ago or more. The truth is that Prophet T.B Joshua is a humble man. People will always talk no matter what but at the end, the truth will overcome.

TB Joshua is one of the most humbled pastors i have ever known,i watched alot of his videos online and i know this man of God has had a very humble beginning right from the day he built his first church,he also helped the laborers mix the cements and carry dem.So if its a publicity stunt of wat so ever ,it shouldn't matter because whats really important is the fact that he help the needy more than any other pastor in Nigeria has ever done.He don't own a private jet even tho he has the money to buy them.
