APC not well equipped to handle the affairs of government at the center- PDP

The Publicity Secretary of PDP, Olisa Metuh says the emergence of Senator Bukola Saraki and Hon. Yakubu Dogara as the new leaders of the National Assembly which is against their party wishes, signifies that APC is not well equipped to handle the affairs of government at the center. In the statement he released today June 10th, Mr Metuh said the APC is only suffering from the greed, lust for power and inordinate ambitions of the party's leaders.

"The crass inexperience so far displayed by the APC is a pointer that it is not adequately equipped to handle the affairs of government at the center. Nothing can be more astonishing than the whining by the APC that the PDP at the last minute expressed its preference for Saraki and Dogara as Senate President and Speaker of the House of Representatives respectively, after it had earlier stated that it was not interested in the positions. This calls to question the capacity, experience and skills of APC leaders on political matters and we have no apology whatsoever for their naivety. The APC is merely suffering the consequences of the greed, lust for power and inordinate ambitions of their leaders. They should note that Nigerians have since moved ahead with the new leaders in the National Assembly and stop wasting their energy on propaganda and blackmails to heat up the polity.”he said

I pity Buhari's quietness about what how and what led to Saraki and Dogara's emergence and also doubt if our me'suya presido is aware that he just opened up himself to scheming from the cabal we voted out in other to have a better Nigeria. A lot of people seem not to understand Tinubu's politics and the reasons why he never wanted Saraki and Dogara. Asiwaju has never gone wrong with his nominations and political calculations. He championed the course of sending PDP out of power, his legacies in Lagos state and the entire southwest is unrivaled. Every politician wanna be like him but how many of them can spend or get their political calculations right like him? This is the same thing that was done to Obafemi Awolowo that truncated his beautiful and positive ideas to develop the southwest and Nigerian as a whole.
Should anything happen to Buhari, Osinbajo too would be gone and that paves the way for the return of PDP at the center.
Saraki is such a selfish traitor.
Everybody should not see Tinubu's political calculations as being selfish because I don't think anybody would leave his home open for intruders to come mess it up.
Time will definitely tell.

And is it PDP that is well equiped???

Bishop D, it would have been wonderful to join the ruling party but it will be terrible to follow a blind leader.

Anonymous said...

Thank you sir, keep you opinion to your self. That's the change we want. Not a party managed central.

gentle said...

No1 is holding the ruling party from standing. They are causing issues for themselves. The Senate president is from the ruling party, buh simple because pdp voted him in, apc wnt rest. Does that seem rational to u?

Anonymous said...

Join the ruling party?

You just exhibited your crass naivety with that statement. So you we're expecting all PDP politicians to decamp to APC just because they won? The job of the opposition is to make life difficult for the ruling party and render them innefective. Fool!

Anonymous said...

Olisah Metuh is a big unrepentant ffffffffffffffffffffffooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.

Anonymous said...

i think APC isnt ready. the ball was on thier court, they had the cake and the knife and now they are claiming things have gone wrong.

Anonymous said...

APC should go and seat down. are they not aware that this is politics ? PDP are minority in the assembly and they are willing to support any team that needs them to vote and that was what happened.

So APC leaders made that to happen cos they lacked cordination

Anonymous said...

That is very correct and when they can't handle National Assembly that is the main problem. Talking about over 400 people I see APC coming to an end or breaking up on or before October.

You see how it feels to be betrayed? When people were shouting that Ameachi, the former RIVERS governor betrayed his own brother, fmr Pres. Goodluck Jonathan and pushed him out of office chanting change;you all hailed Ameachi. Now you call Saraki treacherous. Change folks...you are to see more changes. The game is on. He who betrays must be betrayed.

Whatz with the hate statement. Its barely 100days when the baby chicks are separated from the flock. Sir Oliseh lets give APC benefit of the doubt before crucifying them.

law abiding citizen said...

Mr Olisah, you and ur fellow PDP statesmen should all keep quiet and watch the transformation train move slowly but surely. the 16 years ur party held the centre was marred by wanton wastage, corruption and endless loot of the national treasury yet u come out to chastise a party that's been there for less than 2 weeks as not been able to hold the center forth? you should bury ur ugly head in shame

after all, the renegades that came from ur PDP are the ones that are now trying to disrupt the sportsmanship spirit, cohesiveness and team work that the APC have been all about since inception; because of personal gains, ambitions and self gratifications which are the hallmarks of PDP politicians

PDP should shut up, we are seeing changes already
