DELIVERY METHOD:
We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Nominated
Day Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all Lagos standard orders 48 hours after payment has been received. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within three (3) working days, please contact our Customer Services department.(07055556322, 09093745102)
Deliveries out of Lagos will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within seven working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.
Cost for the standard delivery is NGN 1,000.00  (N.B: Cost of delivery outside Lagos is NGN 5,000)

NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 6 pm Monday – Friday, or before 2 pm on Sunday.

All customers who select a nominated day delivery and include their mobile telephone number at the checkout will receive a text message with delivery updates. On the day of delivery, our dispatch will also text you to advise a time frame when they will be delivering your order.
Cost for the nominated day delivery is NGN 2,000.00.

RETURN POLICY:
All items bought can be returned within 48 hours of purchase, please note that there are no refunds, only exchanges for other items of choice are allowed.
