Lawyer, politician and diplomat Matthew Tawo Mbu, from Okundu in Cross River State was appointed Federal Minister for Labour at age 23 in 1953. He remains Nigeria's
youngest Minister till date. He was also Minister of Foreign Affairs and former High Commissioner to the UK. He was born in November 1929 and died in February 2012. You can read more about him
