The president cannot unilaterally sign a law that will amend a Nigeria constitution to an Islamic State without passing through both National Assemblies after three readings. We have had some National Conference to mend the constitution and which one has seen the light of the day.
At the Assemblies you have both major religion and also those that believe in other gods. All these will agree before such decision to Islamize Nigeria will possible.

Everybody who knows Buhari and is sincere will always tell you that Buhari is an honest, sincere and disciplined man. Buhari contested against Obasanjo and then contested against YarÁdua & nobody heard all these PDP lies. When a highly corrupt and under-performing president named Goodluck Jonathan came into power and PDP saw that the man's (Jonathan's) popularity was rapidly declining, they now turned to bastardizing the integrity of the major opposition competitor,Buhari.
One thing that's certain is that God does not sleep. If PDP likes, they can keep yanning their crap. By the Grace of God and our votes, PDP and Jonathan are going out of our presidency in 5 days time. Amen
