Kudos to all those who fought this Ebola to standstill.

How I wish we could fight corruption the same way we fought Ebola

Excellent news. Please note that this is not the time to throw away the lesson of:

1. prompt response to medical emergencies
2. high hygiene levels (including hands washing periodically)
3. implementing proper border control mechanisms

Thank you.

That's great, i hope the stigmatization of nigerians abroad will stop. However the govt still has a lot of work to do with regards to our borders.

This is the time for Our boarders to take things more seriously, because Other countries are still not free.Cause any lapse and one person comes in with it,it's back to square one.We thank GOD for the news, but we should be more vigilant now at our boarders.

Thank God for that. We were able to achieve this fit on Ebola because we worked together as a nation. How I wish are gonna work together as well on other issues bedeviling this nation right now, especially insecurity....

CNN will never mention this. They hate the idea of a "third world country" or any other country for that matter to successfully get rid of the epidemic before their beloved America does

Finally, a breath of fresh air. Thank God for His mercies

Basic lessons from this Ebola challenge
1. Prevention is better than cure
2. Behaviour change is very important in getting positive results; see as people dey use hand sanitizer do body cream....lol

I hope we keep up with our hygiene level despite the fact that we are now Ebola-free

Must every discussion in this country have ethnic colouration? Did igbo people stop you from buying and selling? Jealousy is a disease

Mischievous said...

This one moment when one is proud to be a Nigerian. Thumbs up to all those who made it possible but as far as the disease is rampant in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea the country is not safe. The world is a global village.

Unknown said...

We should ban Trump from coming to Nigeria so we don't get infected with the ebola ravaging America.Lol!

Neks said...

this is a very good news

We have long prayed about it in church and declared it as a church (Salvation Ministries) that there will be no Ebola in Nigeria. This is just the physical confirmation. To God be the glory.

I watched a documentary of this on BBC news, it's interesting how the white man portrays Africa as a whole.

I pray that Nigeria can sustain this, if there's one thing they achieved this year, its the eradication of this deadly virus on their soul.
