Following the temporary shutdown of the popular Mile 12 market after the ethnic clash between Hausa and Yorubas on March 3rd, the traders have moved their trade to Kara/OPIC area along the Lagos/Ibadan expressway in Ogun state. Motorist say their activity is causing traffic gridlock. See more photos of the traders after the cut ...

Nna na wa o! Linda take note!
Yes, I saw them on my way to Lag on Friday. But the new place is not as big is the former market
That was expected to happen.
They should be moved to a much better place, I don't subscribe to them going back to Mile 12 coz of the traffic they cause there.

Lagos State govt have failed to realise that this traders are now basically exposed to armed robbery. The banks they keep their money cannot relocate there. Ambode should have just doubled the security schedules at mile 12. If you have an headache, you don't cut-off the head. Oponu government
Dis is serious.
Yes...I experience it on Thursday,,its serious,, n this is just the beginning.
They will go there and make trouble
Gov Ajimobi, Gov Amosu and Gov Ambode should not allow this ppl to settle down in that place o.... The day they will cause havoc in that place it will be bloodier than what happened in mile 12. More so, ppl should not patronise this Hausa ppl because the day they get into their killing mode there will be no place of escape ooooo #awordisenoughforthewise.

Aunty Linda help me with 50k to start a business!
Can someone help to convey this message to Mr. Ambode to ensure he regulate the control of the market that the Hausas are not allowed to put any leadership in place that will be above the Government as that is the usual practice to forestall ugly occurrence again. If Hausas are not allowed to project their leadership they are usually humbled and easy to control. How many times did u hear an Hausa persons commit such outside Nigeria. No where in the North would a non Hausa be allowed to lead. Check it. I lived with them.
Why do these Hausa people like to think they can just invade everywhere
Rubbish

The same Hausa people, this guy's are problematic in this noble country, look at them everywhere spending poverty,
This is where they belong, government should relocate them to kara. The traffic they cause at mile 12 is worse.
How dem go do??
God is our all
#spritual
They should relocate them somewhere else, not mile 12
