The question we the public need to ask is. ' what does the law prescribe as d punishment for police brutality? Is there even a law?. Or is it one of those topics where the IG would set up a committee to 'look into it' and ' recommend bla bla. ..' to him, and d matter would end there.
Personally I think the police and the public need to know the penalty for brutality, d same way they said 14 years for gays.
