The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Rochas Okorocha as the Imo State governor. At a ruling this morning, the apex court dismissed the appeal filed by the PDP candidate, Emeka Ihedioha, challenging the election of Okorocha during the April 14th election. The court said the appeal lacked merit and consequently threw it away.

I don't want to think the Supreme Court is dancing to the tune of the ruling party cos they've virtually upheld the elections of all APC Governors. If that is the case, it is absolutely not applaudable. By the way, I remain non-partisan. I just want sincere justice for all and in no way am I trying to connote that the election of any PDP Governor be upheld even if their win wasn't free and fair.

what are they even ruling in that tribunal an election everyone knew what happened, an election were kano and kaduna result sheet was used and they are saying its lacking merit, an election were food was shared to voters on pooling booths which is against the electoral law. but anyway if this is the change that means we have entered one chance..
