Photos of 2 pupils who got injured in the Jos school building collapse

This is one of the survivors of the school building collapse - the Abu Naima Primary and Secondary School, a private Islamic school in Jos, the Plateau state which collapsed on pupils yesterday Sept. 13th. He and the one after the cut are among the 24 pupils that were injured when the school building collapsed. 10 pupils died from the incident. See more photos after the cut...

This is an avoidable accident- why were the pupils of a supposedly private school being taught in a substandard building? Was the school registered with the relevant authorities?
