This little boy was found loitering around the Ilasamaja area of Lagos yesterday. He can hear but can't speak and write so it's been difficult for people to find out who he is and where he came from. Anyone who knows him should contact the Ilasa Police station to get him.

Ever heard the term deaf (can't hear) and dumb (can't talk)? He can also be called a mute. I think that's a more appropriate term rather than the dumb(which is rather offensive) so I get where you are coming from, sister girl.
