The application was moved by Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, the lead counsel for Bola Tinubu (The Plaintiff/Applicant] in the defamation case against Daar Communications.
The court also adjourned the motion for interlocutory injunction on the application of the defendant/respondent counsel to Friday, March 20, 2015 at 1pm. The defendant/respondent, that is, DAAR COMMUNICATIONS[owners of AIT] was represented by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN.

I can't undertstand why people are accussing Tinubu of financial misappropriation that hasn't been proven. Rather than applauding Tinubu for the value he has created in Lagos - increasing IGR, various road dualisiation as far back as 1999, independent power generation through ENRON, rebuilding of Lagos Central business district, BRT which his predecsssor finally roled out and even identifying a worthy successor. I can't point to any leader in Nigeria who has done anything close to this, yet people are busy accussing him of unfounded wrong doings. He remains a HERO!
