The cease fire is as a result of french and nigerian troops constantly bombing Boko Haram bases in Mali, the boko Haram militants have been widely dispersed and exterminated as a result of this and they know that in a short while they will be completely wiped out ,so they are trying to be smart by negotiating with the federal Government for a cease Fire before doomsday
