She actually covered her face with surgical mask and a baseball cap, but she was still discovered.
Her band has a strict rule that members are not allowed to be involved in any sexual relations and her group management made her shave her hair, which is a traditional act of contrition in Japan and make an apology video which was posted on the band's website, then Youtube.

Funny enough, her teeth are probably intentional and if you ask her, and her fellow Japanese, they'll tell you it's attractive. It's even possible she got them done by a cosmetic dentist. This weird trend is popular in Japan. And it's called Yaeba. Scattered, misshapen, odd and fanged teeth are considered beautiful, because it makes them look youthful, like the imperfections of a child. They actually pay dentists to make their teeth look that way. For all you know, she has got dental implants to give her Those rabbit teeth.
All of this boils down to the fact that Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, etc, cherish youthfulness and purity. They would do anything to seem young. That's probably the reason why her management hounded her like that.
It's probably her bands image to come across as 14 year olds, so the thought of her engaging in 'adult activities' like sex, breaks the illusion.
