Linda, dz guys can stil oper8 @ daytime; just as I hv always emphasized on ma blog (chimaamechi.wordpress.com) eh, govt ought 2, without delay, promulg8 a law forcing them 2 use chains n straps to tie the containers 2 d truck very well...Dat way, we not gonna b havin ds kinda situations anymore. Sad! :(
And the state govt will not do anything, they will just give orders and nothing will happen. Trailers kill alot do something baba Ambode
