There is nothing wrong with the child being with him since he is more financially stable , but it has to be with the mother's consent or on the orders of a judge. And the mother cannot be denied access or visitation rights to the child which is what they tried to do. He also has no right to take the child out of the country without the mother's knowledge or consent.

There is nothing wrong with the child being with him since he is more financially stable , but it has to be with the mother's consent or on the orders of a judge. And the mother cannot be denied access or visitation rights to the child which is what they tried to do. He also has no right to take the child out of the country without the mother's knowledge or consent.
