Ebola virus in Sierra Leone on August 23rd has been discharged from the
Royal Free Hospital in London. He was discharged today September 3rd after being
successfully treated with the experimental drug, ZMapp

It is very obvious that the Zmapp needs a functioning healthcare system for it to be effective. The patient has to be monitored constantly.
