Bullet proof vehicles has become a way of life for some in Nigeria. My cousin and his brother based in PH acquired one each last year from the same supplier. The two cars cost about $450K total. They said they don't need MOPOL with the cars because MOPOL attracts attention and makes you a target. I shook my head and in amazement. Me wey dey catch train from London Bridge to the suburbs past midnight, No Shaking.
