Harrysong gets a duplex & brand new car after signing record deal
Singer Harrysong recently got a duplex (pictured above) and a brand new 2013 Toyota Camry after signing a record deal with Five Star Music, same label Limpopo crooner KCee is signed to, owned by Emoney. Congrats to him. Check out more pics after the cut...

Ok I think this guys are doing this the wrong way. First off,there aren't record companies in Nigeria only record labels...there's a huge difference between the two as its usually the parent company that takes care of things like this. The artiste in return gets a certain percentage from tours,album sales,downloads and endorsements while a larger percentage goes to the comapany. In the event of poor sales,the artiste becomes automatically indebted to the record company. Having said that,albums don't sell that much in Nigeria,do they?these artistes don't do big shows year round so how then do these record labels make their money back?after buying cars and building duplexes for their artistes? This explains why you often hear of record label and artiste fallout;investment gone bad. Anyways,wish him all the best...don't even know the dude.
