The Lagos state election tribunal sitting in Ikeja today July 1st struck out his petition. Justice Muhammad Sirajo who led the three-man tribunal panel, upheld the preliminary objection raised by Chief Wole Olanipekun that the petition was incompetent.

I smell corruption by APC. APC would have paid the corrupt judge any amount to ensure that the "BUSINESS" called Lagos State Government remains in the hands of those crooked pair, Bola Tinubu and Tunde Fashola.
As long as Bola Tinubu and Tunde Fashola and that Riwan Akiolu is still in charge of their money making business (Lagos State Government), the Lagos Stae judiciary would be influenced to side with APC in Lagos, or no chop, chop for them.
For handing victory to APC, the judge in that case would have made over $1Million.
So sorry for Jimmy.
