In my onw case I wish I used the 20k to joli my life. This waist trainer can like to poke its head outside that people keep staring at your lower tummy wondering what is going on there. I tell you I cant even breath very well each time I wear this. Its so discomforting and whenever I remove it it seems my tummy swings back into its normal size or even more. And I keep asking myself how on earth could someone wear this everyday. The part that beats me most is that the lower part of the kim corset can never lie flat down there, It keeps showing.
