We all make mistakes even she has made one mistake or the other before back then or even now... so take it easy..... if you feel you are getting nothing from someone driving you, then schedule your time and drive yourself with some beside you like your friend, and if you cant drive yourself cus of schedule of appointments, then let the driver drive you and explain your terms and conditions. You have to make the punishment monetary (not all his salary) else he will not stop. You may find a way of giving it back to him next month or two but he must know that you are capable of doing it. See haters..HATERS everywia! For pete's sake, some of you obviously don't know the rigours as well as the cost of getting one of those remote keys back. How can you know when you are still driving tuketuke cars from 50 years ago? Push and start tinz. Some of you commenting have never even owned a car. Anybody would be annoyed over this issue because it is unnecessary wahala and it is the driver's responsibility to keep the key safe. Now, she has to identify and prove that she owns the car, pay for the key and have it programmed to sync with her car and in my experience, sometimes the programming takes time. She's lost at least 1 hour of her time and in her profession, time is money. If I were her, I would give him 2 options. Either I take the cost of the key from his salary and he keeps working for me or I sack him without pay. Either way, his salary is paying for the key o. Driver yapa everywhere. I'm not Toke's fan in any way but she has a right to be angry. She works hard and doesn't pick her money off trees. When your driver loses your own remote key, don't complain o. Haterz!
