I like Buhari a lot but I think INEC and the PDP were right to postpone this election. It would have been chaotic to go ahead without so many people not collecting their PVCs although we know most PVCs wouldn't be collected since people did multiple registration. I hope the PDP wont come up with something else..that might not turnout too well.
