Photos from ongoing protest at Benin-Ore Expressway by students

Students of the College of Education, Ogwaruo, Benin, are currently causing traffic gridlock on the Benin-Ore Expressway. According to a LIB reader in Benin who sent in the photos, the students are refusing to allow cars ply the high way. He said the students are protesting no results, no good roads, no power, that their school is like a poultry with no authority.

The police have moved to the area but have not been able to disperse the students. See more photos after the cut...

Are You A One Minute Man?

Pls Govt/ Govt of the sch should look into the this, it is really important, but the students should be careful before their school fees will be increased in the process of giving them what they want.

They should make it peaceful.

I support this protest, the Govt. needs to improve the state of things in that school. Its not a poultry afterall.

Aluta Continua..Victoria acerta. But it will better if you can move to the Govt. House and protest instead of blocking major road.Motorists cant solve your problems, your state govt. should be in the better position to do that.
