The only reason why she’s making 5 million a show is cause they jacked up their ticket prices to oblivion. really not worth it, now her and jay-z are the black Sonny and Cher, it’s getting comical now. I can understand upping your ticket prices over the years due to being successful but now they’re making their shows as expensive as music festival ticket prices and even music festivals have gotten arrogant with their ticket prices but at least music festivals have tons of artists performing for 3 or 4 days, this is a 2-3 hr show, not worth investing a huge load for the time slot of the average length of a long movie. all it is is finding new ways to make their cash cow grow. They won’t be doing this in their 50s or 60s (i do not wana see beyonce tweaking her old a$$ around) so I guess they gotta make the most of it while she still looks fresh, but it’s all greed at the end of the day.

Linda, I'll just like to comment on your "giveaway" post. You may think that you're doing people a favour by throwing money around those that comment 1st, 10th, 30th etc but I think you're going about it the wrong way. Your blog is very influential and you have a voice that can influence thousands of people. Why waste it? I don't have anything against giving away money but why don't you use this opportunity to get people to become more engaged in issues that will affect them and Nigeria positively? Instead of your random gifting, why don't you engage people in a real competition and ask them questions or to make suggestions on major issues facing our society; or even ask questions about our history, culture etc nd reward those that get the correct answers with your cash? That way everyone can learn and people will also reflect, improve and become more useful to the society. Stop wasting your God-given voice, always talking about money and sex in a shallow way. There is more to life. Maybe it boosts your self-esteem to have people drooling all over your blog, begging for a piece of your cash, but stop for a moment and think because you can do so much more with your blog. Just my two cents worth of advice.
