I know a scam when I see one according to Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York. The guy's name is fake. And his picture is probably fake too. Don't post pictures on Instagram or Facebook if you don't know how to customize your account. You should immediately report the guy's account and the account will be history. He's obviously using the account for nefarious activities... 419 to be precise!
