The workers who are in the process of applying for the arrears of their salary were yesterday September 8th given a form with specific instruction to attach photocopies of their primary school certificates to the forms. Sources within the state state government says this new position was adopted to check the activities of ghost workers in the civil service.

I'm all in favor of quality employees but this backward review of qualifications is a cheap way to deprive workers of their pay. If u don't have enuf money say so and don't resort to cheap shenanigans.They've been working without pay and surviving on debts, has d guvnor asked himself how they hope to pay off those debts?
