MTNN outlets now open till 8pm daily for SIM registration/revalidation

As part of efforts to bring relief to its esteemed customers, MTN Nigeria has announced an extension in the closing hours of its SIM registration and revalidation outlets till 8pm, with an increased number of staff to cater to subscribers who want to register or revalidate their SIM cards.

Announcing the extension, Mr. Akinwale Goodluck, MTN Corporate Services Executive, said “we have increased the number of staff across our customer service outlets to cater for the SIM registration and revalidation of our esteemed subscribers across all our channels.

We have also mandated all our registration outlets to remain open till 8pm every day during this period.

This is to ensure that all MTN Nigeria subscribers whose lines were disconnected or experiencing difficulty in using their SIMs can easily register and revalidate their lines”.

Affected customers can revalidate their registration details at all MTN service outlets, agents, dealer shops and sales outlets. The registration is free and customers are urged to report suspicions of any fraudulent activity to the nearest MTN manager at their respective locations.

The telecoms operator also appealed to its subscribers to remain calm as the company is committed to ensuring that all affected subscribers complete the process as directed by NCC.

MTN is always repeating this SIM registration. I have registered twice in MTN office at Effurun near Warri. Another time, they were just offering me airtime (400 naira I think) for my personal info to be sent to a certain number and they were sending prompts such as your address, your this and that, all the time offering airtime. Someone even called me when I was stalling. Yet, they are telling me to come a third or is it fourth time. What is wrong with their computer? Come with my passport this time around? What is the problem with their system? So they pretended to take photographs of me with those computers those two times I went? Una try MTN. Una win. Na so una dey operate for background? I hail.

MTN lied, the one @ Garki Mkt side beside Regina Pacis in Garki, Abuja closed at 5pm. To think that these FOOLs blocked my line for their inefficiency is highly annoying. Yeye dey smell.

Why do we have to go through this exercice again? Why is mtn just messing themselves up. Do they think people are jobless to be queuing for their own inability to secure their data. Etisalat is not experiencing such nonsense. If you call their customer service they check and tell you the state of your line. Mtn can do better. Time to throw away their lines sef.

Nonsense, just using all these to disturb someone's time

FG shuld intervene on dis issue bc we Nigerian r tire of dem.If dey r not ready work dey shuld let us know, instead of improving deir network dey were busy spending deir money on musicians

Kindly not that this is an NCC directive and this means that there is a missing field in your last registration. Kindly visit any Mtn office or do a fresh registration on any of our Sim registration devices. in case ur line is blocked also do a fresh registration and switch off and on ur phone at intervals , within 24 hrs your line will be up. Working to serve you better
