Hummmmmm....i like the mum jare. In as much as i agree with her totally, but i want to point out that we are Africans and the way we do things is completely different from the West. We have our culture and that includes not shutting the door on the face of our parents and siblings when they come visiting even if their visit makes us uneasy.

My mum was coming to visit together with my MIL(they are friends) and called me that morning to say they were on their way...long and short is they ended up in my uncle's house cos i no fit shout...I agree with the girl it is disrespectful to just barge into our lives...as for her mum's comment on begging them to visit...that is personal
