Game On contestants get into the game

As the Game On reality show by Malta Guinness progressed into its second of six episodes, tensions have begun to surface in the Game On house. Passions have begun to rise as they begin to engage themselves in the different challenges thrown at them.

Team fashion which would ordinarily be considered a woman’s domain has begun to see Nedu, the only male member take the lead on the tasks. Episode two saw him getting into a disagreement with one of the tailors assisting them on the tasks.



The task which was to design and prepare the dresses for a bride and her chief bridesmaid had every member of the team hard at work to pitch for the best design. Henrietta’s design was chosen by the bride while the chief brides maid went with Ukara’s lace covered design and all team members pitched in to bring out the best in both dresses.

Team football however appeared to be of one accord as they made a unanimous vote to remove team member Ben from the team for being less involved in the task. Their task was to create an entertaining dance and football routine to impress the wedding guests. Their passion showed through in the routine but the votes from the audience tilted to favor team fashion.

Team captain for team football, Daniel Amokachi tried to motivate his team in the face of their loss. He said “In football if you can’t accept defeat you can’t work to the next game and win”.   Both teams are now down two members and the field is even but both team captains encouraged their members to keep the passion burning

In celebratory mood, Nedu, from team fashion declared team fashion the “boss and bossets” of the Game On house. The rivalry continues as both teams gear up for the next challenge as both sides now stand even at 5 members each. The next episode of the show airs Sunday on AIT and Spice TV 5-6pm. NTA 4.30 -5.30pm. Watch also repeat broadcasts on ONTV, Thursday 6.30 – 7.30 pm and on Sound City on Saturdays 7-8pm.
