Reporter / Correspondent
Employment Type: Full Time
The responsibilities include production of interesting, well-written content that is in line with prescribed editorial style and format standards, that will interest readers; and also for online publishing. Also, the candidate should be able to collect and analyze information about newsworthy events to write stories for publication or broadcast. Candidates should be prepared to travel when necessary.
Online Editor
Employment Type: Full Time
The responsibilities include identifying and planning the production of interesting, well-written and accurate content that is in line with prescribed editorial style and format standards, for online publishing. The candidate would also liaise with magazine’s correspondent/reporter to generate content for online publishing as well as source images and artwork, and liaise with photographers when necessary. He/she would also handle enquiries emailed from the site and via social media platforms and handle online magazine and social media platform publishing and management. Blogging and posting of news posts and features online.
Personal Assistant
Employment Type
: Full Time
The responsibilities include managing appointments and planning the CEO’s schedule with given directives. He/she would also manage database, enquiries and calls as well as handle correspondence and document development- reports, presentations, letters. The candidate would also handle logistics and liaise with organizations / individuals – staff, clients, service providers etc when necessary and manage administrative systems to facilitate smooth running of the organization and ensure effectiveness.
Marketer

: Full Time
The responsibilities include meeting marketing and sales financial objectives; Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Receptionist

: Full Time
The skills for this role include  Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication,  Ability to write detailed formal letters, Microsoft Office Skills,  Listening,  Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handling Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management.

Qualifications and Requirements
For all roles, all candidates MUST live in Abuja and be ready to work FULL TIME. They should also have:
• Personal initiative and flexibility   • Excellent communication skills   • Analytical and problem solving ability  • Conversant with current affairs and politics with up-to-date information  • Willing to travel to provide correspondence on events and gather scoop for reporting  • Be able to multitask and prioritize work schedules  • Competence in ICT skills: internet usage, Microsoft office tools etc  • A robust network of news sources is essential, as well as a good presence on social media.   • Minimum of HND or BSC in relevant field   • At least 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role
